  • Mild winters in Myrtle make great winter condo rentals!

Myrtle Beach Winter Condo PhotoIt's still quite sunn  y and warm here in Myrtle Beach. Actually, it's quite the perfect temperature. Not too hot, not too cold. And it's October! Myrtle Beach has some of the mildest winters anyone could ask for. So pack up your bags, you northerners, and head down south for warmer weather!

Myrtle Beach stays beautiful all year round, that's why so many take advantage of the prices of Myrtle Beach winter rentals.  Just because it has winter in the name, doesn't mean you need to shovel snow! It's a season Myrtle Beach will hardly EVER see.  Even now, there are still people walking on the beach, going to shows, and shopping at the half a dozen malls. And they are doing it all without thousands of other tourists to compete with.

The best perk though, is the prices. Myrtle Beach winter condo rates are extremely low. You can rent an oceanfront condo for a week for as little as $65 a night! You can also take advantage of the winter monthly rates as well, for as low as $35 a night! Whether you stay in Myrtle or North Myrtle Beach, these prices stay about the same. You will find them the highest in October and March. They are the lowest during January, which is, of course, the coldest month.

That doesn't stop the Myrtle Beach snowbirds though. The snowbirds are those who seek out a deal, usually staying for a month in a fully furnished condo. While it may be more chilly during January, the weather is still nice enough to be outside during the day without freezing. Keep in mind, just because it's winter, not all the attractions are closed. Usually the mini-golf is closed during the winter.  There are still golf courses open as well though. Of course, the hundreds of restaurants in the area are still serving their best food. BUT, you don't have to wait an hour for a table either!

There are more than plenty Myrtle Beach winter condos to choose from. From one bedrooms, to four. You can even rent a beach house for an amazing rate for the whole family. Always keep an eye out for specials as well. During the winter months, vacation rental companies have a low occupancy rate, so they good specials that might save you even more money! Usually though, because the prices are so discounted already, you won't save too much with a special, but hey, every penny counts!

So if you missed the summer vacation, don't worry! There are still plenty of Myrtle Beach condos in the winter to go around, and at excellent rates as well. Join the thousands of snowbirds who have already flown south for the winter.
